Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, with shipping fees varying by region.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Regarding shipping costs and estimated delivery times, this depends on the country or region you are shipping to. Different destinations will have different shipping cost calculation methods and delivery times. We recommend that you check our shipping policy for specific information for your location.
Can I cancel or update my order? Or change my shipping address?
Customers can cancel their orders within 12 hours of placing them. We usually process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. If a cancellation request is made within 12 hours and before the order is shipped, we will accept it unconditionally.
Orders that have already been shipped and are in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel your order, please contact support@lomiyoo.com. If your order cannot be canceled immediately, please refer to our Return Policy.
My order hasn’t been shipped yet. When will it be shipped?
We usually process orders and arrange shipment within 1–3 business days. If your order has not been shipped within this time frame, please contact us.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can track your order on our website’s order tracking page, or via 17track.net.
My tracking hasn’t updated for several days. What should I do?
If your package has been stuck at the same location with no tracking updates for more than 7 days, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
What does your warranty cover?
We are committed to providing high-quality, durable handheld game consoles. We are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer a one-year warranty from the date you receive your order, covering defects or issues caused by the workmanship of the game console.
Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper care, and any modifications to your product by third parties other than Miyoo.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return service from the delivery date.
- Items must be in original condition with all packaging.
- Some items, like gift cards or individual pieces from a set, are non-returnable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable; a restocking fee may apply.

I want to return or exchange my product after receiving it. Do I need to pay for the return shipping?
For returns or exchanges not caused by product defects, the cost of shipping the items back to our warehouse will be borne by you.
When can I receive my refund?
Once we have confirmed and approved your refund, we will process it within 1–3 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method, and the exact time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider.
