Warranty

We are committed to high-quality and cost-effective handheld game consoles, with strict procurement, quality control and quality inspection processes, and the failure rate of factory products is very low. However, some faults are not easy for us to detect or cannot be detected. Therefore, we provide a 1-year warranty from the date you receive your order.

Note:

1. Our warranty does not cover failures caused by human damage, improper maintenance, using a high-power charger that damages the motherboard, or system reasons (such as abnormal screen, inability to boot, etc.). System failures can often be resolved by updating the firmware.
2. Peripheral accessories, such as joystick caps, tempered films, storage bag handles and other consumables are not covered by the one-year warranty.
