When sending your email, please be sure to include the following information for faster processing:

1. Your order number from our store (e.g. #Miyoo1234)

2. A detailed description of your issue
(Please describe your problem as clearly and in as much detail as possible.
If it is a product-related issue, please attach relevant photos or videos in the email. This will allow our technical team to analyze it more accurately and provide you with the appropriate solution.)
