Return Policy

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Miyoo, so we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.

Any return or refund request that has not been initiated by contacting us in advance and has not been approved or authorized by us will not be accepted.


RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the date the package is delivered, as indicated by the delivery status shown in the logistics tracking information.

  • All products must be returned in original condition, with no scratches, signs of wear, or usage, and the device and system must not be modified in any way. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been used, activated, or show signs of use beyond necessary inspection.

  • When returning or exchanging products, customers must use a shipping method with full tracking service to help us monitor the shipment status.

  • When returning products, all promotional gifts received must be sent back together with the returned products. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gifts will be deducted from the refund.

Subjective reasons such as personal preference, dissatisfaction with performance, or expectations not being met are not considered product quality issues.

Note: Do not send returns to the address listed on the package. This is not our return address and may affect the processing of your return.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that we have received the returned item and inform you whether your refund request has been approved.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically returned to your original payment method. The exact refund timeline depends on the payment service provider used at the time of purchase.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any payment processing fees are non-refundable. Customs duties and taxes are charged by local customs authorities or government agencies and are not collected by us. Therefore, these fees cannot be refunded by Miyoo under any circumstances.

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account or payment records first, and then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary.


SHIPPING

Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit due to courier services. If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the local carrier responsible for the shipment immediately.

Additionally, we are not responsible for shipping failures or delivery errors caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer or other reasons not attributable to us.

To return your product, please contact support@lomiyoo.com first. We will guide you through the return process after confirmation. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be identifiable by our warehouse and may result in an inability to process your refund.

Depending on your location, the time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over USD 50, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.

Note:
If the return is not due to a product quality issue, the return shipping cost must be covered by the customer.


WARRANTY

We are committed to providing high-quality and cost-effective handheld gaming consoles. All products undergo strict procurement, quality control, and inspection processes, and the factory defect rate is extremely low. However, certain issues may be difficult or impossible to detect prior to shipment. Therefore, we provide a 1-year warranty starting from the date you receive your order.

Note:
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by human factors, improper use or maintenance, or system-related issues (such as abnormal display or failure to boot). System-related issues can usually be resolved by updating the system.


TAX

Our product prices do not include customs duties.

For orders shipped to Europe, applicable customs duties will be added and clearly displayed at checkout. These duties are the responsibility of the customer.

For other countries, taxes and duties will be applied in accordance with local regulations.

Please note that if a return is requested due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, we will not be able to issue a refund.

  • Returns and replacements are only applicable to devices purchased directly from lomiyoo.com. If you purchased your Miyoo device from a third-party seller, please contact the seller directly.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of our return policy.

  • For any after-sales questions, please contact support@lomiyoo.com, and we will provide a solution based on your specific situation.

  • Once you contact us regarding returns or refunds, we will respond within 24 business hours on weekdays. If you do not receive a response, please check your spam or junk email folder.
