Shipping Policy
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the items purchased and your shipping information. Please carefully review all details (including country, street address, building number, company name, unit number, etc.). If you notice any errors, contact us as soon as possible.
If you do not receive the order confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder before reaching out to us.
SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.
During peak seasons (such as periods of high order volume), shipping may be slightly delayed and can take up to 3–5 business days to be dispatched. During public holidays, all orders will be processed after the holiday ends and shipped gradually in the order they were placed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Note:
- All delivery times listed above are estimates only and do not include weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays (such as weather conditions, customs inspections, transportation capacity issues, traffic congestion, or other force majeure events). Estimated delivery times do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
- We ship to most areas within the mainland United States. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, or overseas territories including Puerto Rico and Guam.
Restricted ZIP code prefixes include: 090–099, 340, 962–966, 006–009, 967–969, 995–999. - Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been shipped.
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes and discounts and are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or force majeure events, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs clearance, transportation disruptions, or operational issues of the courier service.
- We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit by the courier service. If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the local carrier responsible for the delivery as soon as possible.
- Once tracking information confirms that an order has been successfully delivered, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the recipient.
- Packages returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or the recipient being unavailable: any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping delays alone do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
TRACKING
Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped, a separate email will be sent containing your order number, carrier information, order date and time, current order status, and the tracking number.
Tracking information is usually available within 24 hours after shipment. You may track your order through the tracking page provided.

DELIVERY
We strive to ensure that all products arrive in good condition. However, if your item is damaged during transit, please contact support@lomiyoo.com within three (3) business days of receiving the product and provide clear photos of the damage. We will assist you promptly.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. If your cancellation request is submitted within the 12-hour window and before the order has been shipped, we will gladly cancel the order for you. To request a cancellation, please contact support@lomiyoo.com.
