Warranty
We are committed to providing high-quality, cost-effective handheld gaming consoles.
All products undergo strict quality control and inspection before shipment. However, as with electronic devices, certain issues may not be detectable prior to delivery.
This warranty provides 1-year limited coverage, starting from the date the order is marked as delivered according to the carrier’s tracking information.
This warranty covers hardware-related manufacturing defects only.
Inspection & Assessment
To properly evaluate a reported issue, the device may require inspection by our technical team. Customers may be asked to provide supporting materials, such as photos or videos of the issue, and relevant usage details.
When additional information such as photos or videos is requested, customers are expected to cooperate in order to help us accurately identify the issue. If the required information is not provided, we may not be able to confirm the problem or proceed with further warranty support.
If the issue cannot be confirmed through remote troubleshooting, additional inspection may be required.
All warranty decisions are based on technical inspection results.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we may provide a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the specific case.
If the issue is determined to be caused by external damage, improper use, unauthorized modification, or any non-manufacturing-related factor, the warranty will not apply.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, misuse, or improper handling
- Damage caused by incompatible or high-power chargers (including motherboard damage)
- Software-related issues (such as system glitches, display issues, or boot failures), which can typically be resolved through firmware updates or system reinstallation
In addition, this warranty does not cover non-console components, including but not limited to:
- SD / TF cards
- Pre-installed files or digital content
- Accessories and consumable items (such as joystick caps, screen protectors, storage bags, grips, etc.)
These items are provided as supplementary components and are not covered under warranty or replacement policy.
Official Sales Channels & Support Scope
This warranty applies to all Miyoo handheld gaming consoles (excluding accessories) purchased from our official sales channels, including our official store, Amazon store, and AliExpress store.
For purchases made from third-party stores or unauthorized sellers, customers should contact the original seller or the platform where the purchase was made for any after-sales support or warranty claims.
For orders placed through official stores other than https://lomiyoo.com/ (such as Amazon or AliExpress official stores), please contact the corresponding platform or store directly.
Please note that our support email support@lomiyoo.com can only process after-sales requests for orders placed directly through our official store, and is unable to handle requests from other platforms.
