Miyoo has upgraded its hinge design multiple times. If you purchased a Miyoo Flip device from our official website (https://lomiyoo.com/) and experience hinge-related issues during normal use (hinge structural damage not caused by human factors), Miyoo will provide a free repair or replacement solution, depending on the situation, to help resolve the issue without any additional costs, including shipping or service fees. This is also what we have been doing all along.

  • A short video clearly showing the hinge issue

Once we receive your email, our support team will review your request and respond with an appropriate solution.

This warranty applies only to Miyoo handheld gaming consoles (excluding accessories) purchased through the official Miyoo store:

For orders placed through Miyoo’s official stores on third-party platforms (such as Amazon or AliExpress), after-sales service and warranty support are provided by the respective store. Customers are advised to contact the corresponding store directly for assistance.

Please note that support@lomiyoo.com only handles after-sales requests for orders placed on the official Miyoo website and is unable to process requests for orders from other platforms or sales channels.

For products purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized stores, customers should contact the original seller or the platform where the purchase was made for any after-sales support or warranty claims.
