SHIPPING & DELIVERY
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please double-check these (country, street number, company name, unit…), and contact us promptly in case of mistake. If you didn't receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
SHIPPING
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. But during peak season, like peak season, it might take just a little bit longer, up to 3-4 business days for your order to ship. We appreciate your patience!

- The delivery times shown above are estimates and do not include weekends, holidays or any unforeseen courier delays (e.g., weather, freight volume, traffic congestion, etc.).
- We deliver to the entire mainland United States, excluding APO/FPO addresses, remote areas like Alaska and Hawaii, and overseas territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam. Restricted ZIP codes (first three digits): 090-099, 340, 962-966, 006-009, 967-969, 995-999.
- Your order will be sent to the address indicated at checkout. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at your expense.

The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts, and is non-refundable.
TRACKING
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your purchase. Upon shipment, a separate email will be sent containing your order number, carrier information, order date and time, current order status, and the tracking number for your package. You can track your product on the tracking page 24 hours after shipment.

DELIVERY
We strive to ensure all products are delivered without damage. However, if your item is damaged during transit, please email support@lomiyoo.com with pictures within three working days of receiving the goods, and we will assist you promptly.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You have a 12-hour window from the time you place an order to cancel it. We generally process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. If you request a cancellation within that 12-hour period and before your order has shipped, we will gladly accept it without any hassle.
