RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to feel comfortable and at ease when shopping at Miyoo, so we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, you can return or exchange the item in unused condition as long as you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

RETURNS OR REPLACEMENT

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Returns and exchanges must not exceed 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
  • All products must be in original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and the equipment and system must not be modified in any way.
  • When returning or exchanging products, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking service. Returns or exchanges without tracking service will not be accepted.
  • When returning products, all promotional gifts received must be sent together with the returned products. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gifts will be deducted from the refund.

Note: Do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that we have received your return. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved.

If your application is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically deducted from your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company/bank card; it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

If you have completed all of the above operations and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@lomiyoo.com.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should contact support@lomiyoo.com. Our staff will get in touch with you, and you can return the product after confirmation. If you return the product without confirmation, our warehouse cannot identify the sender, which will make your refund unavailable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 50 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Note:

You have to pay your own shipping fee for the returned product if it's not the problem of quality.

WARRANTY

We are committed to high-quality and cost-effective handheld game consoles, with strict procurement, quality control and quality inspection processes, and the failure rate of factory products is very low. However, some faults are not easy for us to detect or cannot be detected. Therefore, we provide a 1-year warranty from the date you receive your order.

Note:

Our warranty does not cover various failures caused by human damage, improper maintenance, and system reasons (such as abnormal screen, unable to boot, etc.). System failures can be repaired by updating the system.

Tax

Our product prices do not include customs duties. If your order is shipped to Europe, applicable customs duties will be added and clearly displayed on the payment page. These duties are the customer’s responsibility, but you won’t need to pay any additional taxes beyond this amount.

For other countries, taxes will be applied according to local regulations.

Kindly keep in mind that if you choose to return the device because customs duties or taxes were not paid, we won’t be able to issue a refund.

  • The return or replacement is only applicable to devices purchased on lomiyoo.com. If you purchased your miyoo device from a third-party seller, please reach out to the seller. 
  • If you have any after-sales questions, please contact us at support@lomiyoo.com and we will provide you with a solution based on your situation.
  • Once you email us about returns and refunds, we will respond to you within 24 hours on weekdays. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk inbox.
