What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Regarding shipping costs and estimated delivery times, this depends on the country or region you are shipping to. Different destinations will have different shipping cost calculation methods and delivery times. We recommend that you check our shipping policy for specific information for your location.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can track your parcel on 17track.net. If you need a team member to assist with your inquiry, please contact our support team at support@lomiyoo.com and we will get back to you with an update on the status.

Can I cancel or update my order? Or change my shipping address?

Customers can cancel their orders within 12 hours of placing an order. We usually process and ship the order within 1-2 business days of placing the order. If the customer requests a cancellation before the order is shipped and within the 12-hour cancellation period, we will accept it unconditionally. If your order cannot be canceled immediately, please refer to the Return Policy.

My order is delayed. When can I expect to receive it?

If your order is not processed by the estimated ship date, our Customer Satisfaction Team will contact you within 24-48 hours with an update (keep an eye on your inbox!). What is covered under warranty?

We are committed to providing high-quality, durable handheld game consoles. We are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer a one-year warranty from the date you receive your order, covering defects or issues caused by the workmanship of the game console.

Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper care, and any modifications to your product by third parties other than Miyoo.

RETURNS +EXCHANGES

What is the standard return policy?

We offer our customers a 30-day free return service from the date of delivery of the goods.

Return requirements:

  1.  Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage.
  2.  Items returned by mail must retain all original packaging (including labels, boxes and bags).
  3. Individual items from a set cannot be returned for a refund and/or size exchange, they must be returned as a complete set.
  4.  Orders must be returned to the country where they were originally purchased.

All of the following items are non-returnable: Gift Cards.

Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not refundable. Return orders are subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

If the returned product is not of quality issue, you must pay for the shipping cost yourself.

When can I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that we have received your return. We will also notify you if your refund request is approved.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original payment method within 5-10 business days.
