Technical Solution
Why are there bubbles on my screen?
Our product has a layer of plastic protective film applied to the screen during manufacturing, which can be peeled off.
Why can’t the ROM be read / why can’t the game be loaded?
Please insert the SD card before powering on the device. After startup, open the menu and select ‘Refresh the ROM.’
If all games cannot be opened, the SD card may be damaged.
If only some games cannot be loaded, please open the app and select RetroArch. Find the different cores corresponding to the emulator, try switching to another core, and then launch the game again.
My screen is displaying visual glitches. What should I do?
Please first try replacing the SD card and restarting the device. If the issue persists, the display flex cable may have been affected by moisture. Please clean the display flex cable with alcohol. If the issue is caused by physical pressure damage to the screen, the display or the entire device will need to be replaced.
Why can’t I hear any sound when using an adapter cable to connect my headphones?
When using a headphone adapter, if you have confirmed that the headphones are functioning properly but there is still no sound, please try flipping the adapter and reinserting it.
Unable to connect to my Bluetooth headphones.
Please make sure your device is running the latest official firmware for your model. Using other firmware versions may cause connection issues.
My screen won’t turn on. What should I do?
Please check whether the power indicator light turns on. Charge the device for about 30 minutes and check if the battery is damaged.
If the light turns on after charging, the battery is functioning properly, and the issue may be with the screen.
If the light does not turn on, try removing the back cover, disconnect the battery, and connect the charging cable.
If the light turns on and the screen powers up, the problem is with the battery.
If the screen still does not turn on, the motherboard may be faulty, although battery issues cannot be completely ruled out.
If the power indicator lights up, the motherboard should be fine, and the issue is likely with the screen. Try reconnecting the display flex cable.
If the problem persists after ruling out the motherboard and battery, please contact us via email.
My device won’t charge. What should I do?
- This may be a system display delay issue. Please restart the device and try refreshing.
Do not use a Type-C to Type-C charging cable, and avoid using high-power chargers.
Fully drain the battery until the device cannot power on, then charge it for about 30 minutes and check if it can turn on.
If it powers on, the battery is functioning normally.
If it still does not power on, remove the back cover, disconnect the battery, and connect the charging cable.
If the power indicator lights up and the screen turns on, the issue is with the battery.
If the device still does not turn on, the motherboard may be faulty, though a battery issue cannot be completely ruled out. If this occurs, please contact us via email.
My device’s battery drains very quickly. What is causing this?
Battery consumption depends on your system settings and the games you play. Our system is designed to make the battery last longer once it drops below 30%. If your device still drains quickly when the battery is below 30%, please contact us via email.
